Who can place an order?
Arthur Ashe is currently only shipping to the US, Australia, Japan, and South Africa. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other locations at this time. We hope to be able to ship worldwide very soon. Thank you for your continued support.

How does COVID-19 affect my order?
As a small business, we are extremely grateful for your support during this time. Due to COVID delays, shipping may take longer than usual. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Thank you for your patience.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal, Klarna, as well as many preferred international payment options.

Is my payment secure?
Protecting your sensitive payment data is important to Arthur Ashe, and we have taken several steps to ensure all of your data is secure.

What is Klarna and how can I pay in installments?
When you choose Klarna at checkout, you’ll get the option to shop now and pay later for your purchase. See all of your purchases in one place, pay any open balances and much more in the Klarna app. You can also log into your Klarna account here.

Is sales tax added to my order?
All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax.

How do I know which size to choose?
We include size guides on many of the product pages of our website. For additional sizing information, please contact us at customerservice@arthurashe.com.

An item I like is out of stock. When will you receive more inventory?
You may sign up to the waiting list directly on the product page. If/when the product is restocked you will automatically be notified via email.

Shipping:

Where do you ship?
Arthur Ashe is currently only shipping to the US, Australia, Japan, and South Africa. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other locations at this time. We hope to be able to ship worldwide very soon. Thank you for your continued support.

How long will shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days

2-Day and Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Or simply log in to your account and track the status of your order here.

How can I change or cancel my order?
We can make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail customerservice@arthurashe.com if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately, after (1) hour no modifications can be made. If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily re-route your package to a new address for an additional fee of $40

How do I know if my order is eligible for return?
Please refer to our full return policy here.

What items are non-returnable?
Arthur Ashe does not accept any returns of items marked Final Sale, vintage items, or items purchased at a discount. Returned merchandise without tags intact or received 14+ days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.

Is shipping refundable?
Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable.
